Meeting and sharing experiences with the WeLead Pioneering Women Leaders Network at the Vietnamese Women’s Museum
On the afternoon of January 18, 2024, at the Vietnamese Women’s Museum, the Network’s year-end meeting program of WeLead pioneer female leaders and female entrepreneurs took place. This is a year-end meeting and experience sharing with a lot of knowledge, skills, and experience in the business field that WeLead has shared with female businesses.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Chairwoman of the WELEAD Pioneering Women’s Leadership Network, said: “Female entrepreneurs often face many challenges and adversities both in their lives and in business. Therefore, instead of seeing adversity as trouble, female entrepreneurs should see it as an opportunity to grow and learn. To do that, we need to have a positive spirit to overcome difficult times.”

Offering solutions to create a positive spirit to protect the spiritual health of entrepreneurs, Mr. Nguyen Tri Thanh, Lecturer and senior expert at WELEAD, asked the question, why are we often out of balance? Is it because of unforeseen events? However, the answer here is that imbalance comes from within us.
“Most of us want more, which leads to imbalance. Actually, there’s nothing wrong with more: further constantly learning, looking for growth solutions. The important thing to balance and help us mentally be in the best state is that we need to give up some things. including the word “SUY” and “LUAN”, Mr. Thanh stated his opinion.
