In anticipation of the Nation Day, September the 2nd, the Vietnamese Women’s Museum (VWM) in collaboration with Dalat Hasfarm Company have organized the exhibition “FLOWERS AND LIFE” under the themes of “Flowers in interior decoration”,” Flowers in wedding decoration” and “Flowers of impressive style”…

In addition, in the framework of the exhibition, the VWM will also conduct a number of other activities: showing the Ao dai collection using the same flowers that won the Vietnam’s Flower Competition in 2009, demonstrating the art of flower arranging; showing visitors the way to arrange flowers, introducing supplementary products used in the fresh flower industry, introducing flower products, bonsai, selling and giving gifts to visitors, and introducing publications and magazines related to flower industry……

This exhibition will bring a fresh new colour to the museum through the activities for the public. With the reconstructed landscape, you will feel as if you were a princess in a European Garden with flowers and Gothic architectural designs. You can return to a flower market in the old quarters with lamp-posts, water taps, bicycles and fresh flower vendors. You can also enjoy love stories by the side of a Swan Lake made of flowers, leaves and mirrors in combination of modern lighting, to indulge in your imagination a romantic illusion. In addition, You can also enjoy the very delicate artistic silk flower products by Artisan of Merit Nguyễn Mai Hạnh all of this to emphasis the title of the exhibition “Flower and Life” made of 10,000 fresh flowers … This is the first time Dalat Hasfarm has introduced flowers imported from the Netherlands and Ecuador – the two large flower industries in the world – to the public.
